Shipping
We ship worldwide from our Atelier located in Copenhagen. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Please allow up to 3 business days during sales or promotions for your order to dispatch. Delivery times and costs depend on the destination and shipping method you choose. We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that occur during shipping.

Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility unless the item is defective or we made a mistake. In that case please contact us at contact@theabankatelier.com to make a claim.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

How to return:

  1. Place the article(s) you wish to return and place in a suitable bag/box, e.g. the one you received from Thea Bank Atelier.

  3. Please keep a receipt as proof of the shipping back to us. Packages that are lost in transit will not be compensated by us, and we, therefore, recommend you send the package as a traceable shipment.

  4. As soon as we have processed your return or exchange you will receive an email from us with confirmation of either a refund or an exchange. If you are returning an article (or articles) you can expect to receive a refund within 14 days of receipt of your parcel at our Atelier.


Specifics about returns and exchanges within Denmark
Thea Bank Atelier does not cover return and exchange expenses nor do we refund initial shipping costs paid by the customer when placing an order at theabankatelier.com unless you return the full order.

The customer is responsible for the shipping of return and exchange articles until their package has been returned to us at the address above. Please keep a receipt as proof of the shipping back to Thea Bank Atelier. Packages that are lost in transit will not be compensated by us.

Specifics about returns and exchanges outside Denmark
Thea Bank Atelier does not cover return and exchange expenses internationally, nor do we refund initial shipping costs paid by the customer when placing an order at theabankatelier.com. For international customers, we recommend using DHL, FedEx, or UPS to make sure that they are traced and insured during transit. As soon as we have processed your return or exchange, you will receive an email from us with confirmation of either a refund or an exchange. If you are returning an article (or articles), you can expect to receive a refund within 14 days of sending your parcel to us.

Returns and exchanges from the UK
Please note that due to Brexit, it's important you indicate on the package that you are returning a package to a company, and not a private person, by marking the package: Thea Bank Atelier, Webshop Returns.

Claims
All articles are covered by The Danish Sale of Goods Law, giving customers 24 months to file a complaint on an item. As a customer, you can complain about defects or deficiencies that occur within 24 months after purchase. However, if defects, deficiencies, or wearing are caused by negligent use, lack of maintenance, or regular wear and tear the right to a complaint is rejected.
